Laser marking machine cooperating with a robot

Laser marking machine cooperating with a robot, the workpiece to mark is intercepted by the robot arm. Then it is moved to the place, in which the laser makes the mark in a non-contact, instant and safe manner.

Unit equipped with the KUKA robot

Unit for automatic plug insertion into the handle, immediately after the injection process. Integrated station in the Sepro robot cage that receives workpieces from the injection mould and places them in the trimming station. The unit is equipped with the KUKA robot that completes the following part of the cycle.

Filter testing

The unit is designed to test two types of filters, which includes video control of the quality and quantity of openings in the tested filter. Components used: belt, vibrating and and line feeders. The machine is divided intro five stations: loading, video inspection, video control, unloading and micro-impact marking.

Tightening and riveting

The machine is used for tightening and riveting the piston valve. The tightening module is driven using the servomotor. The automatic nut feeding system consists of: a vibrating bowl and line feeder, a nut isolating and transport system.

Car parts assembly

The machine performs automatic car parts assembly. The assembly station has a six-position turntable, on which the following components are installed, followed by quality control, for example, for the level of grease or presence of all components.

Three subsequent automated lines consist of nine, eight and seven stations, on which the subsequent car part components are assembled. The machine uses the traceability system to scan workpieces.

The machine line that performs a series of assembly or auxiliary operations on car parts. Each subsequent station verifies the correctness of operation of the previous station.

Connector tightness tester

Tightness tester with turntable with replaceable tools. The tools control the completeness, depth, pressure and tightness of the components. Then the workpieces are marked during turntable rotation and unloaded automatically.

Assembly and test

Automatic assembly of the component, visual of proper assembly and then control of the lever and spring force, with the robot involved. Components are oiled and laser marked. The finished component is delivered to the operator using the belt conveyor.

Pipe tightness test

The unit consists of two identical control and measurement assemblies. In every station of the unit, two tools are isolated to complete separate component testing functions. The unit is equipped with its own lighting installed in the upper part of the station.
